deuteronomy chapter 13 verse 2. '; if there should stand up in your midst a prophet or a dreamer, and he will produce a sign or a wonder and says let us follow in the ways of another god, and we shall worship them...do not harken to the word of this prophet.'; this verse is illuding to false prophets or gods, such as jesus and mohammed. these prophets arose and told the people to follow in a diffrent direction then the torah, therefore you should not follow in their ways but only worship the true god of israel.Does the Bible say that anyone who teaches against the Torah is a false prophet or?

Not specifically , but Jesus rebuked the Pharisees for their strict interpretation of OT Law ...which is what the Torah is....it is a compilation of legalistic rules taken to the infinite detail...and completely ignores the mercy and judgment of God.
the bible does not say anything,its what you read.
The Torah is the Law, the first 5 books of the Bible. Of course you aren't suppose to teache against the first 5 books of the Bible, or any other part of the Bible.......
It doesn't SAY anything....it READS!
Deut 13 gives the criteria for telling who is a false prophet.





Jesus was a basically observant orthodox Jew from the West Bank.


He did not outwardly preach against the Torah. In fact, Jesus observed most commandments and told his Jewish followers to do the same.





The Christians Bible has Jesus violating the Torah, by being rude and making fun of the learned elders.
