True or false about Moromon teaching?

Elohim: This is a name of God the Father, and individual distinct from Jehovah, who is the Son of ElohimTrue or false about Moromon teaching?
It is true. For them Elohim and Jehovah are not the same GodsTrue or false about Moromon teaching?
Names are very Important in symbology. not always important if symbology is not presented.

Elohim has been taught that it represents the name of God.

but it is also taught that it means Plurality of gods.

in the godhead theology Jesus and God the Father are two different persons.
I think you mean Mormon

but

True

You should note though that in LDS doctrine generally the God of the OT is considered Christ (Jehovah), however, and not God the Father.

The God of the NT is considered God the Father or Elohim.
Sometimes in Mormon doctrine Elohim refers to God the Father, other times it refers to a Council of Gods. Jehovah refers to Jesus, the Son of the Father in Mormonism.
I know they think that Elohim is the name of God. I don't know about their feelings on the name of Jehovah or if he was a lesser God of some sort.
Yep.

Is this controversial? :]
you are right, we do consider god, heavenly father Elohim a separate being from Christ, the jehovah.
Um, it's not really respectful to say Heavenly Father's name. But yes.

It would be like going aroung calling your dad by his first name
True: But Jesus IS God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. It is really very simple.
I guess you could say that but its not a correct term since Elohim is plural
Po-tay-to

Po-tot-oh
