This is talking about OT prophets...who were instantly put to death if their prophecy failed to prove true. Fulfillment was the sign that the prophet was true and the prophecy from God.
It's not talking about hell. However, ALL false prophets/teachers will find their way there if they fail to repent and accept Jesus Christ as Savior.The bible teaches that one false prophesy puts a prophet under death sentence,?
Ezekiel but they didn't kill him.
He prophesied the destruction of Egpyt by Babylon in Ezek 29. but that didn't happen. Check your history books, King Amasis sent the Babylonians packing.
