I would say so. Even the Catholic Encyclopedia admits that the trinity doctrine was nonexistent in the original first century church. And they should know, they were the first ';Christian'; church (the Church of Rome) to make the doctrine official before they literally force fed it to the rest of Christendom. Then they did the same thing with other illegitimate doctrines.

';The formulation 'one God in three persons' was not solidly established, certainly not fully assimilated into Christian life and its profession of faith, prior to the end of the 4th century.';

The trinity doctrine was introduced into ';Christianity'; along with a number of other false teachings. Those teachings go against what Jesus taught. Trinity is NOT false. Everything is made up of a trinity. The Atom has proton, neutron and Electron. Scientifically this is known as three forces as Active passive neutral, represented in the church by Father (active) Son (neutral) and Holy Spirit (Passive).





Active is male - Passive is female, and neutral is a product of the active and passive two.

It is interesting the first use of the term anti-Christ is related to those who were ';Christians';.

John shows that the antichrists were apostate Christians who were ';not of our sort';, in other words those not sticking to the truth.


As the verse 21 ends says ';because no lie originates with the truth.'; any religious doctrine that is a lie comes from an antichrist.





Since Christendom is based on the same teachings as those who brought in the lies (Trinity, Immortality of the soul, Hell-fire, etc), she is definitely an antichrist herself (Look at the history of the Catholic Church's battle to keep the Bible out of the hands of the common people).





So, those answerers who are supporting the ';lie'; are themselves in danger of being forever labeled as Antichrists.
Many protestants believe that the Pope/Catholic church is the antichrist/unholy trinity of Revelation.





It's pretty diabolical of God, and very jerky of Jesus, to have the church built on Peter (that Jesus promised the gates of hell would never prevail against), and the church that compiled the Bible, be the antichrist.





I guess God doesn't like people who are foolish enough to join the church founded on Peter because they actually believed that Jesus means what he says.





Anyone who believes that the Catholic church (or the Pope) is the antichrist, believes in a very mean God.
The Trinity Doctrine is not only biblical but by denying the Trinity you are committing a grievous sin. I say this not to condemn you but to admonish you. Please read the bible there are 100's of references to the Holy Trinity starting as early as Genesis the very first chapter.

Calvinism is the antichrist. there is nothing biblical about it. it only creates bad theology. Catholicism teaches the trinity. there is nothing false about the trinity. are you a unitarian? the only thing about Catholicism that is wrong is theur belief in doing good deeds get you into heaven and not faith alone. you need both
According to the Bible the ';antichrist'; is anyone who denies the Father and the Son.





';Who is the liar? Whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Whoever denies the Father and the Son, this is the antichrist.'; 1 John 2:22





So, not the Catholic Church would not be the mother of all those who do not believe in God. Since all Catholics do believe in God, and that Jesus is the Son, they would not fall under the title of antichrist.
